Serving documents is not the same as enforcing a debt.

We distinguish clearly between process serving, debt recovery attendance and regulated enforcement activity. That clarity protects both the client and the integrity of the work undertaken.

Fixed-fee attendance, with travel or waiting where applicable.

Process serving and field attendance typically involve fixed fees, with any travel, mileage or waiting components made clear in advance. The current operational mileage rate is 60p per mile where mileage is chargeable.

Used selectively

Attendance is not the default answer to every debt. It is one of several tools that may be appropriate when the circumstances justify direct personal intervention.
